DESCRIPTION:The TAG Cybersecurity August meeting features the presentation Life on the Red Team with Matt Shannon and James Kubli from Boeing. \nJoin hosts David Hirsch and Carl Willis-Ford for TAG Cybersecurity each month on the third Tuesday at 7pm. We’ll feature TAG and cybersecurity news and announcements\, a featured presentation\, and open discussion. All are welcome to join us. \nFor our August meeting\, we welcome Matt Shannon and James Kubli\, Red Team Assessors at Boeing for their presentation Life on the Red Team. Matt and James will describe what a “red team” is\, why it’s important for a large enterprise to have one\, and how it’s different from penetration testing. They will talk about some of the tools and techniques used by red team members\, and how the red team work is organized within the larger enterprise to improve overall security.
