<p>Earlier this year Bellingham joined in with several hundred other communities across the United States in a bidding war for <a title="http://www.google.com/appserve/fiberrfi/" href="http://www.google.com/appserve/fiberrfi/" target="_blank">Google's Fiber For Communities project</a>. <span style="color: black;">&nbsp;</span>Among those interested in being a part of this locally were <a title="http://www.linkedin.com/in/nathancarnes" href="http://www.linkedin.com/in/nathancarnes" target="_blank">Nathan Carnes</a>, <a title="http://www.linkedin.com/in/beastnature" href="http://www.linkedin.com/in/beastnature" target="_blank">Scott Pierce</a>, <a title="http://www.linkedin.com/in/davidwiggs" href="http://www.linkedin.com/in/davidwiggs" target="_blank">David Wiggs</a> and <a href="http://www.linkedin.com/in/chrisdonaldsondotcom">Chris Donaldson</a>.
