TAG launches Online Directory of Technology Business in Whatcom County: www.nwtechdirectory.org
Bellingham, WA, April 10, 2009. The Technology Alliance Group (TAG) recently launched an online comprehensive directory of technology businesses in Whatcom County. The Technology Business Directory, the only one of its kind in Northwest Washington now contains information about 600 businesses in a variety of technology sectors including information technology, equipment and instrumentation manufacturing, and professional, scientific and technical services such as engineering and architectural services.
"TAG plans to use the directory in a variety of ways to promote technology business growth in the region," says Anna Ehnmark, Executive Director of TAG. With the directory, technology businesses can promote themselves. The directory is useful to connect local technology providers with customers and partners. It is also an excellent resource for job seekers.
Company listings in the directory are free. Technology businesses have the ability to manage their information directly through the nwtechdirectory.org website.
The Whatcom Technology Directory was funded by the Port of Bellingham and the City of Bellingham.
Thank you to VAULTechnology, CCG Inc, and OpenAccess Network Services -all local technology based businesses - for their assistance in the development of the directory.
