Dear Members and Guests:
Please join us in kicking off the Holiday season on Thursday, December 4 for our year-end scholarship awards program and holiday luncheon at the Bellingham Technical College. This year the generosity of TAG members and guests has provided five scholarships to students in technology professions at Western Washington University, Whatcom Community College, Northwest Indian College, Bellingham Technical College, and the Whatcom Tech Prep Consortium. This is our way of giving back to our community and supporting the future of technology in our area.
Enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by the the award winning Culinary Arts students of Bellingham Technical College at the BTC restaurant. The menu provides a Gourmet New England style Buffet including:
New England Clam Chowder,Cod Cakes, Tarter Sauce, Mesclun Salad with Cranberries, Apples, Aged New York Cheddar, Cider Vinaigrette, Waldorf Salad, Boston Baked Beans, Corn and Wild Rice Cakes, Maple Glazed Carrots, Turnips and Rutabaga's, Yankee Pot Roast, Salmon with Horseradish-Smoked Salmon Crust, New England Boiled Dinner, Horseradish Sauce, Pork Medallions with Warm Winter Fruits, Blueberry Cobbler, Citrus Cream, Johnnycakes.
This will be a popular event so please RSVP as soon as possible.The restaurant has a capacity of seating for only 40 people, and we ask that you RSVP and make a payment by November 28, 2008 to reserve a seat. Our members have the first opportunity to sign up for this event. If you'd like to become a member of TAG you can complete the online application.

TAG's scholarship program is made possible by generous contributions from the local business community and private individuals. We very much appreciate your support this year.
