For recruiting employers, Sign up here >> Save the Date: | May 16, TAG's third Friday of the Month Luncheon Dear Members and Guests, Join us on Friday May 16 for a presentation by Brett Allsop, a seasoned local entrepreneur and Co-founder, Chairman of the Internet travel web site, Yapta. Yapta is focused on building the brand promise behind being a true personal travel assistant to web travel planners. Yapta helps travelers pick flights, get low airfares and receive credits from airlines when prices drop after they buy tickets. Yapta won the 2008 Washington Technology Industry Achievement Award in the category Consumer Product of the Year and also won the WTIA Investment forum in web services.
This is the third presentation in a series of War Stories from local technology entrepreneurs. Brett's presentation will focus on the Yapta story, past current and the future. Brett will also share his ideas on attracting and keeping entrepreneurial teams in Bellingham. Date and Time: Friday, May 16 from 12:00 - 1:15 pm.
