Join us for Tech Stomp - TAG's Annual Summer Fest on August 9!
What do wine and technology have in common? A great way to toast another year of technology growth in our region. On Thursday August 9, TAG, the Technology Alliance Group will hold its third summer fest to celebrate the progress and impacts of technology companies in our region. Industry executives and supporters of Washington's technology industry will be in attendance in the beautiful setting of the Squalicum Boathouse.
The event features a brief key note address from State Representative Jeff Morris which is followed by a quick update from WSA CEO/ President Ken Myer and TAG Chairman Paul Grey.
Enjoy great conversations with your fellow technology leaders while sampling wine from Chuckanut Ridge and delicious hors d'oeuvres from Fools Onion Catering. Members of the Walrus will entertain us with their vocally rich and sizzling musical arrangements on tunes including classic rock songs by Beatles, Queen, the Eagles, and more. We are continuing with a Hawaiin theme with prizes being judged for the best Hawaiin outfits, shirt or muumuus.
A highlight of the 2007 Tech Stomp is a Bocce ball tournament for which attendees will be assigned to teams (of 4) as they sign in. A drawing will randomly put the teams together. The tournament runs between 6PM to about 8PM.
